Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Lunazea: Tarot y Astrologia app (hereinafter referred to as "Lunazea" or "the App"), developed and published by EJ Software Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Developer"). The App is available on Google Play under the package name com.astroface.app.

1. Information We Collect

Lunazea collects the following information:

• User Profile: Name, age, gender, date of birth, zodiac sign and profile photo.
• Photographs: Face images for morphopsychological analysis. These images are processed via artificial intelligence and are NOT stored permanently nor shared with third parties.
• Analysis Data: Results from morphopsychological analyses, astrological readings and compatibility results that you optionally save.

2. Camera Usage

Lunazea requests access to your device's camera exclusively to:

• Take photographs of faces for morphopsychological analysis
• Select images from your gallery for analysis

Photographs are processed via AI and are NOT stored on our servers after analysis. Images are automatically deleted after processing.

3. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored on Supabase, a cloud database platform that complies with international security standards. We use:

• Encryption in transit: HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest: All sensitive data is encrypted
• Secure authentication: Row Level Security (RLS) ensures only you can access your data

4. Information Sharing

We do NOT share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties. The only external services we use are:

• Supabase: Database and authentication (secure storage only)
• OpenAI: Image processing for morphopsychological analysis (images are NOT stored by OpenAI)
• Google AdMob: Advertising for free-tier users (no personal data shared beyond standard ad identifiers)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Modify or update your information
• Delete your account and all your data permanently (see "Account Deletion" section below)
• Export your data at any time

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data until:

• You manually delete it
• You request account deletion
• Your account remains inactive for more than 24 months (we will proceed to delete it automatically)

8. Children

Lunazea is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not intentionally collect information from minors under 18. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

Account Deletion

How to delete your Lunazea account

You can delete your account from Lunazea: Tarot y Astrologia at any time by following these steps:

1. Open the Lunazea app on your device
2. Go to the Profile screen (user icon in the bottom navigation bar)
3. In the settings section, look for the "Delete Account" option
4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your Lunazea account

Important: If you cannot find the deletion option within the Lunazea app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to admin@ejsoftwaresolutions.com with the subject "Account Deletion - Lunazea". Your account will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

What is deleted when you delete your Lunazea account?

When you delete your account from Lunazea: Tarot y Astrologia, the following information will be permanently erased:

• Your complete user profile (name, age, gender, zodiac sign, date of birth)
• Your profile photos and avatars
• All your saved morphopsychological analyses
• All your saved daily astrological readings
• All your compatibility analyses
• Your complete history of queries and questions
• Your authentication information and sessions
• All data stored on our servers associated with your Lunazea account

What CANNOT be recovered after deletion?

Deletion of your Lunazea account is permanent and irreversible. Once you confirm deletion, you will not be able to recover any of your data. If you have important information you wish to keep, we recommend exporting or saving it before proceeding with account deletion.

Deletion processing

Your Lunazea account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation, or within a maximum of 30 days if you request deletion by email. There is no grace period or possibility of recovery after deletion.
